Page Rank Updates Affect Paid Post Earnings

Have you been reading all the fallout from the latest October Google Page Rank Updates? The changes have produced some fairly dramatic falls in page rank for respected and established websites and blogs that just happened to sell paid links direct from the sites. As you will realise, Google has been trying to stop the practice of selling paid links on blogs to improve SEO and page rank for some time. At first it appeared that Google wanted to stop sites from gaining a higher page rank by this method, so you would expect the buyers of paid links to be in Google’s sights. But in this latest round of page rank updates the confidential Google algorithms have suddenly changed to reduce the page ranks of some providers of sponsored links instead. This site - which has not been writing sponsored blog posts - has an unchanged page rank, one of my blogs on the topic of wealth creation has finally achieved Page Rank 4, and my dog health site deservedly moved up from Page Rank 3 to Page Rank 4.
