New Paying Post site for Bloggers to sell paid links

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

I got an email this week about a new site where Bloggers are paid for reviews: it is called Paying Post.  Good news for bloggers, as opportunities have been thin on the ground lately.  BUT I am steering clear of sites that require you to put some hidden code on your blog in order to get their opportunities. The reason is that, a year ago, Google targeted sites that accepted paid blog entries, known as paid links, from PayPerPost.  These bloggers were accused of giving a share of their page rank to the site paying for a link, and they were traced using the code that was embedded in the blog as a requirement from PayPerPost. The payback was that Google removed the page rank from the blogs! So unfortunately I will not be signing up my best blogs for this service - it is just not worth the risk.

You might want to take a look at linkxl, com for some of your blogs. You don’t need to write posts. LinkXL uses the content you have already written.

Did you ever get paid your $5 for this post? Probably not! You will never see the $5 for this post…they won’t pay you and you will never see another offer again. I have been waiting for my $5 for months and they don’t respond to you at all!! They suck

I am not going to use PayingPost, due to the insidious embedded code they use - just like Payperpost. These codes undermine your site’s worth in the eyes of the search engines. I have not heard whether Payingpost are paying up or not - please have a look through my reviews to find reputable companies - like PayU2Blog

I am sorry to hear about that: I avoided blogging at PayingPost for different reasons. I believe the Payingpost model pays out 30 days after approving the post, like Payperpost - which the site has clearly copied. Several of my visitors yesterday found their way to the site because they were searching for help on problems with PayingPost. Now you have raised the problem, I hope that any others who are having the same trouble will leave comments.

Having said all that, I really hope you will get your payment!
