I believe the Payingpost model pays out 30 days after approving the post, like Payperpost - which the site has clearly copied. Several of my visitors yesterday found their way to the site because they were searching for help on problems with PayingPost. Now you have raised the problem, I hope that any others who are having the same trouble will leave comments. Having said all that, I really hope you will get your payment!
