Paid Blog Posts - Top Paying Sites in September

Here is my ranking of the Paid to Blog or Paid to Post sites for Bloggers who want to earn money, for the month of September. My review is based on the amounts they have paid to me to write reviews and sponsored posts on my blogs. You can check the full details of how these sponsored blog posting sites work in my earlier review of the Top Ten sites for Paid Blog Posts in August.

1. PayPerPost
PayPerPost has returned to the top position as a site where you can get paid for blog postings. They have now restored the limit on the opportunities you can take to three per day for each blog you have registered at the site, so you have scope to earn more money for blogging now. The Admin at this site are very strict on interim posts, and they insist on one non-sponsored before and after each PPP post. The number of posting opportunities has been higher recently, most days there are nearly 250 opportunities showing when you log in.

2 PayU2Blog
This has slipped to second place, but PayU2Blog remains one of my favourite sites. They assign opportunities to your blogs with a deadline for the post to be published. The time allowed is usually up to five days. This system is preferable to logging in and trying to grab the opportunities ahead of other bloggers! PayU2Blog approves the posts quickly and they pay out twice a month for all approved posts. The amount you get is not high - $5 for each post - but you only have to write a post of 60 words or more and include the anchor supplied.

3. Smorty
Smorty is the dark horse for me this month. They suddenly had lots of paid blogging opportunities available. The way Smorty works is that you receive an email alerting you of a new opportunity, and you log in to your account to claim it. You then have three days to write the paid blog post review, but you cannot claim any more opps until you have submitted the first one for approval. Each account at Smorty works for one blog, so you will need multiple accounts if you have more than one blog.

4. Blogsvertise
Earning from this site have risen again this month. The site emails you when a paid assignment has been allocated to you, and you can also log in to see if there are any ‘grab bag’ assignments on offer. This month the average sum for my Blogsvertise posts was $8. For that, you need to write about 150 words with three links (at least) to the advertiser’s site. Payment comes after the link has been in place from 30 days.

5. Blogitive
This month was very quiet at Blogitive. Their blog shows that plenty of other bloggers were not getting work from Blogitive, the site Admin say this is luck of the draw. You need to be logged in to your account and checking whether there are paid posting opportunities to claim. I keep my browser open on my Blogitive account all the time, but my September earnings were less than half the amount for August. In spite of that I still want to work with Blogitive, they have been a reliable source of income for me for the last twelve months.

6. Blogging Ads
There was a bit more activity at BloggingAds, although it all happened on the same day and that meant I missed out on some opps. The reason is that you can only have ten opportunities in any single month from this site, so really your maximum earnings will be capped at $50 per month.

7. LoudLaunch
Very slow at this site lately. I still receive emails about new posting opportunities but several times I have accepted the opp, only to be told that the budget has run out!
8. BlogtoProfit
Only one set of assignments from Blog to Profit last month, although they are easy and not too onerous. The payment comes through within 48 hours, I would just like a few more opps!

9. Bloggerwave
There has only been one new paid posting opportunity at this site in the last month so the scope to earn money here is still very limited.

10. Sponsored Reviews
I finally got another paid posting opportunity at this site - hooray! Sponsored Reviews offers scope for big money, because some advertisers will pay up to $200 for a review. But the blogger only receives 65% of any quoted amount, and the advertiser will accept or reject your proposal against their offer. For example an advertiser offers $10 -$100 for a paid blog post of 200 words. I submit my blog for the sponsored review, and I set a price somewhere within that range. The advertiser can decide if they want to accept my offer. In reality a lot of advertisers simply fail to reply, but this month I got a $20 review, paying me $13.
