Roger Hamilton XL Foundation Update

There have been quite a few comments on the earlier articles I wrote about my experiences with Roger Hamilton and his XL Results Foundation, which claims to be dedicated to World Wide Wealth. Only one person made a really positive comment in support of joining the foundation. According to its website, XL Results foundation uses collective power to create and contribute wealth through Social Enterprise. XL Results Foundation claims to be a global entrepreneur network whose entrepreneur members share the tools and knowledge to greater profit and greater contribution. When I attended the business breakfast I saw why so many members and observers are alleging that Roger Hamilton is running a scam organisation. He is a persuasive speaker and by the end I wanted to find out more about this organisation that promised me the chance to network with thousands of other like minded entrepreneurs helping each other generate wealth. But I still had no idea of the cost or contract terms of the XL Results Foundation. This was only revealed to the group who chose to stay behind for the full story. The cost was drip fed in the same manner as a quote for double glazing.
I amazed myself to find that I was seriously considering paying $12000 just for access to these people. The other alleged member benefits really have no monetary value at all, as they consist of using the organisation’s methods and the much-hyped wealth dynamics tool that they use to create a common langauge between their members. Fortunately I called my partner on my mobile phone and received a quick reality check to persuade me that I had been caught up in the hype myself. I also discovered a website where you can buy Discount XL Results Foundation Life Membership from existing members at a fraction of the official price
I was a little concerned when I received an invitation to Mr Hamilton’s three-day workshop at Alexandra Palace in April, entitled ‘Your Life, Your Legacy’. The publicity page claims to offer some solid content in this seminar, but look a little further down and you will find that five of the six reasons for attending pivoted on membership of the XL Results Foundation. Have a look:
# You will learn how to use the “Wealth Dynamics” profiling tool to build teams that allow you to delegate 70% of the work you hate, but they love!
# You will gain immediate access to a global community of like-minded business owners who are open to collaborating and sharing resources that will get you out of the rut and into the race.
# You will gain more clarity – than ever before – on your long-term vision for both yourself and your business. This will help you to make better choices, now.
# You will be opened up to an international resource base of support that can assist you in your local area as well as giving you new choices for expansion when the time is right.
# The power that comes when you associate with other thought leaders in business. Even just one idea can make this event worth millions.
I was really concerned when I saw the timings of the sessions: 8am – 9pm on two days and 6pm – 10pm on the third day. I have worked as a training manager in the past and I am aware that none of us can absorb new facts and information effectively over such a long period in a day. This is why most creditable training sessions run maximum of three hours at a time and no more than seven hours in a day. After that length of time the input has a soporific effect on the human brain, because we become tired. In a similar way to prolonged interrogation, we simply want to finish and leave – and maybe we will agree to anything in order to go home! So if you wanted people to sign up to an expensive program, would this be the ideal time to pitch the idea? Just a thought!
By the way, if you are itching to spend a serious amount of your money and join the XL Results Foundation you have your chance in London this week when Roger Hamilton is running another three day Wealth Dynamics session at a price of £1795, where you can expect to Discover Your ‘Path of Least Resistance’ – their words, not mine! There is also a free Entrepreneurs’ breakfast in London on Friday, where you can hear the same presentation that I attended. It may be best to attend without your credit cards or cheque books, though.
At least if you bought EcoQuest International air purifiers you would have something tangible for your hard-earned cash.
