Top Paid to Post Sites for Blogs

Welcome back!

There are some good reasons why I have not written lately on this subject. Firstly, I used to write about the Top Ten Sites, then later the Top Five Paid to Post Sites – not any more.  The supply of legitimate paid blogging assignments has diminished over the past year, and I am now working regularly with only two companies.

The companies that treat bloggers well are now a rarity. PayPerPost, which also runs Izea and SocialSpark, is trying to make money out of the scarcity of assignments by offering payouts of just 50 cents for a blog post of 50 words.  PayingPost is following a similar business model, they all require their code to be embedded in the header of your blog and this exposes the site to the search engines as a seller of paid links.  I feel the levels of payment offered in return for such a presence on websites  is an insult and I would rather go and stack shelves in a shop than allow them to make more money out of my virtual real estate.

Make no mistake, if you have a website where you are writing regular fresh content you should not sell yourself short. So here are the good guys:

1 PayU2Blog This company has been paying me a regular income since I signed up several blogs there in June 2007.  There is a forum where bloggers and staff contribute equally: if you are looking for more assignments you can ask for them, and compare notes with others. Bloggers in the States can also get extra perks by getting samples of new products to review in their blogs.

When you log in at PayU2Blog there is a list of opportunities that have been allocated to you, showing the deadline for them to be posted.  for your sites. You will also see the date when they should be finished. The minimum length of blog post is 60 words, and in the post you should paste the link in context.

PayU2Blog pays out every 14 days on a Friday.  If they can pay out sooner, they do – often the cash arrives at Paypal up to two days early.

2. Bloggerwave

Bloggerwave has been patchy.  I got a nice chunk of work in July and then in December. Apart from that there has been nothing available whenever I log in to my account.  It is a pity because the assignments are interesting and they are from quality advertisers, paying $10 per post.

3. Linkworth

I still feel as if I am not using Linkworth to its full potential, the advertising options are very complicated.  I have placed all the codes I can find and after that this site pays passive income, which is nice.  However it has never risen above $30 per month.

4. Blogsvertise
The paid assignments at Blogsvertise have been patchy since February 08. Up till then I was making up to $100 a month from their assignments, and they send you an email when a post has been allocated to you so you do not need to log in constantly to check.  There has been more from them in January so fingers crossed that Blogsvertise soon has some more advertisers on board.

5. Blogitive – LinkNerve

At one time Blogitive was the highest consistent paying site, but the assignments fell away from November 2007.  There was a small blip in December 2008 when I made $30 at Blogitive, however all is quiet again.
